If it is not in the Big Book, then it is not the Program then we do not have to do it in order to recover from alcoholism. This way we can confidently ignore the crap that *some* members are preaching.

never ever do these three things it will be a lot easier to stay focused on the program. If we do these three things we will have trouble with the program.
